Operation Hap-penis is a Texas nonprofit corporation. OH is a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that is exempt from federal income tax. Contact us for our Federal Employer Tax ID.
How can I make a donation?
You can click on the link here to make a secure donation. You can also mail a check to our address, or contact us by phone at 214-618-4405. We do not accept donation made with credit card information left on a voicemail or via email.
How is my money used if I make a donation?
The board of directors and our administrator currently volunteer our time for OH, so every dollar spent by OH supports mission programs and services.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Contributions to Operation Hap-penis are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. Please check with your personal tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your gift.

Will I receive verification of my donations for tax purposes?
After your donation has been processed, you will receive an email with the receipt attached. Please print or save this email as your gift substantiation. If you don’t see these notifications in your email Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folders. Phone or mailed donations of $10 or more receive an email with your donation receipt attached.
